1. Check if the oil level on the fuel tank is too low and the liquid filling port is not flooded. If the liquid filled in the upper cavity of the oil tank during fast forward, the liquid filling will be insufficient. For the above reasons, the tank fluid can be added to the top of the fluid filling port more than 5mm so that the fluid filling hole is completely submerged.
2. Check if the fast forward speed is too fast, causing insufficient fluid filling. For the above reasons, the fast-forward speed can be reduced by modifying the system parameters.
3, check whether the filling valve is fully open, if it is because of oil contamination, so that the filling valve spool valve activity is not flexible due to the phenomenon of blocking caused by insufficient fluid. Need to clean the filling valve and reinstall it to make the valve core flexible.
Fault 3: Hydraulic Brake Slider return normal, fast forward normal, manual can not be slow down, folding plate weakness.
1. Check whether the “two-position four-way” reversing valve that controls the fluid filling control circuit is working properly. If it is, it causes the filling valve not to close, so that the upper chamber communicates with the filling port of the fuel tank, and no pressure can be built. The reason that this valve does not work properly is that it is not energized or stuck.
2. Check if the filling valve is stuck. If yes, please clean the filling valve and reinstall it to make the valve core flexible.
Fault 4: Hydraulic brake bender return speed is too slow, return pressure is high.
This type of failure is mainly due to the fact that the filling valve is not opened. This phenomenon is just opposite to the above-mentioned phenomenon of the three failures, and can be handled by referring to the solution to the failure three.
